ReelCircle does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, or accessibility of any fishing locations or user-generated content shared on the platform.
• User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring all information provided is accurate and up to date. ReelCircle reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate platform policies or community guidelines.
• User Content
Users may upload fishing photos, videos, comments, fishing spot information, and other content. By submitting content, you grant ReelCircle permission to display and distribute your content within the platform while you retain ownership of your original content.
• Fishing Spots
Fishing locations shared by users are community-generated and may change over time. Users are responsible for verifying local regulations, obtaining required permits, and following environmental guidelines before visiting any location.
• Community Guidelines
Users agree not to: Post illegal or harmful content, harass or threaten other users, share misleading fishing information, upload copyrighted content without permission, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform. ReelCircle may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
• Intellectual Property
All platform branding, interface designs, graphics, software, and related materials are owned by ReelCircle or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
• Limitation of Liability
ReelCircle is not responsible for user-generated content, fishing outcomes, environmental conditions, or damages resulting from visits to community-shared fishing locations.
• Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.
• Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
